Buddies

The Buddy Program is of significant importance both with the immersion of new students into the school but also for the leadership development of the senior students. Buddy systems can help to promote friendship and support between older and younger students through regular collaboration between their classes, which fosters a sense of whole school community. The key characteristic of our buddy system is the participation of older students in positive, supportive, structured and facilitated relationships with younger students.
